The Sausageman Championship is the first tournament for Sausageman, an FPS game that was newly launched in June 2021. This tournament was a continuation of the All Star Royale which took place in October, which was only open for streamers. The Sausageman Championship this time around was for the general public.
With a prize pool of USD 50,000, Geek Events was responsible for running the MY/SG Qualifiers over a span of 2-weeks. Registration was held and vetted through, invitations to popular teams were sent out, league ops was managed, and the broadcast was handled by our team. The Top 4 teams from the MY/SG qualifiers were then given the opportunity to compete at the regional level held in January 2022.
Since launching in 2019, Sausage Man has become a unique addition to the battle royale games market with over 20 million players.
