Geek Events is proud to announce that they have been officially endorsed by PUBG Corp as organizer of the PUBG MY/SG Championship 2018.
With 4 Malaysian Qualifiers, 1 Brunei Qualifier, 3 Singaporean invitational teams and a LAN final at Battle Arena Malaysia, the PUBG MY/SG Championship 2018 promises to be one of the biggest ever PUBG tournaments aimed at the Malaysian and Singaporean PUBG community!
Registration for qualifier 1 opened on the evening of the 12th of September, and despite worries about clashing with another tournament, there were still over 20 registrations submitted for the tournament.
Qualifier 1 will proceed to be played this weekend, with the action starting at 12pm on Saturday the 15th of September and going all the way until Sunday evening before the top 4 teams of the qualifier are decided.
The top 4 teams from each qualifier will proceed to the LAN finals at Battle Arena Malaysia on the 13th and 14th of October where they’ll be playing for a prize pool of RM30,000 and the right to represent Malaysia/Singapore at the SEA championship tournament in Bangkok with a prize pool of USD100,000!
There are still 3 more qualifiers remaining along with the Brunei qualifier on the 22nd and 23rd of September so don’t worry, there’s still a few more chances to get in on the action if you missed out on registering for Qualifier 1!
